1、累计三个月以上不参加中国民主组织的政治和社会活动，或累计三个月以上不履 行党员义务的中国民主党党员，中国民主党将给予该党员党内警告处分，并免去该 党员在党内所但任的部分或全部职务。

1. Any CDP members, who didn't attend the political and social activities of CDP within three months, or didn't do the members' duty of CDP within three months, will be warned in CDP, and their part or whole duty in CDP will be removed.

2、累计六个月以上不参加中国民主组织的政治和社会活动，或累计六个月以上不履行党员义务的中国民主党党员，将按自动退党处理，中国民主党将不再承认其中国民主党党员身份，并停止向该党员提供任何文件和证件。

2. Any CDP members, who didn't attend the political and social activities of CDP within six months, or didn't do the members' duty of CDP within six months, will be treated to be a withdraw member automatically from CDP; their member's status of CDP won't be recognized by CDP, and CDP will stop to issue any documents and certificates of CDP to them.

3、严重违反党纪，并对组织造成严重伤害的党员，将给予该党员开除党籍处分。

3. Any CDP members, who are serious to violate the discipline of CDP, and be serious to hurt the organization of CDP, will be expelled from CDP.

此条例于2007年5月1日制订，2009年1月1日修订。
