2. On Sep. 2006, Mr. Shanmin Guan attended in the sitting petition in front of the White House. The purpose of the petition: requesting President Bush to pay attention to the status quo of the human rights issues in China.

3. Since Sep., 2007, Mr. Shanmin Guan started to attend the Democratic Infiltration Operation of CDP. Because he did his jobs of CDP very well, He was appointed a group member of the Democratic Infiltration Operation of CDP.

4. In Aug., 2007, Mr. Shanmin Guan attended the activities which was organized by CDP to express the political view on the "world Journal", to propagate the democratic thought.

5. On Aug.7, 2007, Mr. Shanmin Guan attended the activities which was organized by CDP to swear before the status of liberty.
