On the recent TV, the Internet and newspaper, stories tell the arrestments of many high-level government officials. Chen, Liangyu, the former Secretary of Shanghai City Branch of the Chinese Communist Party, as well as the State Food and Drug Administration, are under the investigation for collusion with the businessmen. In those cases, we get to know the trades between the politicians and the businessmen, which steal the people's interests. In the autarchic regime, there are many unfair things for lack of efficient monitoring system. For example, there is no equal medical care, no social security. In addition to it, many common people are not able to buy a home now as the price increases ceaselessly. Other unfair things are that the people are not able to pay their medical needs when sick, they receive the discriminations on education, on job offering, etc. the farmers do not have equal opportunities in their life. Thus, they do not have the right of pursuance of happiness.
In the democratic states, we can find out the freedom of religions and equalities of medical care, job offering, education and social securities. There, we can find out what the democracy and freedom means. We would follow those who sacrificed for Chinese democracy and work hard to make our future better.
