Since Mr. Guiqiu Liang joined CDP, he could be active to attend the Democratic Marathon Protests, the Democratic Infiltration Operation, the various political and social activities which was organized by CDP, he did his job very well, he was a backbone member of the Democratic Infiltration Operation of CDP. Mr. Guiqiu Liang attended the activities which was organized by CDP to express the political view on the "world Journal", to propagate the stand of CDP. Mr. Guiqiu Liang published his articles on CDP web site, to attack the current politic in China, he hoped that China would become a democratic country.

Because Mr. Guiqiu Liang had attended the Democratic Infiltration Operation of CDP more than ten times in the fourth season 2007, he was issued the Merit Order of the CDP Central Committee. In Jan., 2008, because Mr. Guiqiu Liang was issued the Merit Order of the CDP Central Committee for building and developing the CDP organization. he had made some active function for pushing the social advanced in China.
