“Human beings are born free in dignity and are with equal rights” is a well planted concept and principles amount people. However, as a Chinese，as you were in your mother’s stomachs，this birth determines what you will be as for your status on society, and this birth also represents your background. From the day your mother gives you birth, you are subject to discrimination and unequal treatment. In China, under the Household Registration System, "all men are born unequal". There are two divisions between people, and it is man made: one division is called common citizen, and the other one is peasant. Nonetheless, farmer is not viewed as an occupation in China, but as a symbol for identity for second-class. Household registration system is the dictatorship of the Chinese Communist authorities to facilitate，to control people; it is a discrimination that is more serious than racialism.

In 1958 the Standing Committee of China formally announced and implemented《People's Republic of China Household Registration Ordinance》. It is since then this unequality began to put peoples’ rights in durance. Household registration system, also have had a temporary residence permits management system and a series of unreasonable detention and repatriation of the local or national laws and regulations, and that prevents the Chinese people in their own national territory to have no freedom of movement, freedom of migration, and freedom to choose one's residence. Household registration system is like an invisible prison. Chinese authorities used this system to bring people of different political views far away to rural areas so to get them punished. When the power and interest of Chinese communist party is weighted above everything else, its authority will rise above law and peoples’ rights. When a person is restricted in one place, one cannot exert his or her ability，and to society it is a loss, and to me it is an enormous pain. Freedom of migration to the development of personal interest has opened up a broader world for unlimited chances for anyone who migrates, to promote a personal pursuit of happiness and freedom of the process. Freedom of migration reflects a national citizen's human rights and fundamental rights in breadth and depth，and also reflects the state government on civil rights and the rights on concepts. Whether or not to confirm freedom of migration of citizens is the supreme authority of government or the supremacy of civil rights, it is still one of the important criteria. The law is primarily used to maintain our freedom and to preserve and serve freedom。China's household registration system, false imprisonment not only violates freedom of migration of humanity, but also goes against the mean of law era.

China's household registration system is based on the identity of a hereditary system of feudalization。The children of peasant’s will still be peasants, and they will have to bear too much political, economic, cultural and other additional features as extra burdens, and farmers in terms of social security, medical benefits, financial distribution, culture, education and so on have been living under seriously unequal treatment and that led to a de facto divided general population into high and low social status. The booklet for resident registration is not only a manifestation of identity; it is furthermore a confirmation for the right to use resources. This booklet resulted in the discrimination in rural areas, discrimination in the rural household, discrimination on farmers, and discrimination against migrant workers。Peasants need to submit to unreasonable wage temporary management system, or they will be subjected to detention, fines, or deportation。There is not one department would speak for the peasants.

Migrant workers, that is, peasants from rural areas, can only be engaged in at the bottom of the work without any protection. Everyone has only one life, yet they are paid by different salary. They all had childhoods but they received different education. "Migrant workers" is a synonym of discrimination against peasants. I am also the victim under this kind of system which discriminates people. China's household registration system arbitrarily put peasants on the yoke，sends peasants down to the abyss of misery, and that increases the disparity between urban areas and rural areas. Therefore, it as well as creates a increasing gap between two classes: Urban class and rural class. There are a large number of systems of inequality, so that farmers were born on the set in order to second-class citizens.

Such unequal treaty - this unequal division of the urban-rural household registration system，is a typical epitome of constraint of Chinese citizen to liberty and equality rights，and it violates the International Covenants on Human Rights. China's household registration system in history is the important root for creating a lot of power system expansion and other unreasonable major systems. In addition, it inevitably gives rise to restriction of personal freedom, to engage in illegal detention, in abuse of power, and in the sale of household accounts, and other corruptions. Discrimination and injustice caused by household registration system are like a huge system tumor is still alive on the body of China's reform and on. While this legislation has been modified countless times, but to the current status quo of China's reform, those people of authority show no worries, because the reform itself has too many holes to be filled in. Moreover it is not leading on practical content; it is like to control the blood by block it up, but this will only become a backlog, it will ultimately burst out. The problem has long existed under the formation of urban and rural division cannot be resolved. Only by allowing China to achieve real freedom and democracy can the problem be solved. Democracy is the protection of human liberty, equality, and any other series of principles and behavior. End the one-party dictatorship and implement a system of democratic government. Let all Chinese citizens have the right to participate in and manage their own country, in order to timely and effectively reform this is not free, unequal, non democratic household registration system completely. In accordance with the law, it is to protect citizens enjoying freedom, democracy and human rights, achieving social fairness and justice, so that 1.3 billion Chinese people can live their happy life. Let us not let China's household registration to become people’s regret and pain.
