Since Mr. Peiqin Li joined CDP, he could be active to attend the Democratic Marathon Protests, the Democratic Infiltration Operation, the various political and social activities which was organized by CDP. Mr. Peiqin Li have made some contribution for development of the CDP organization, he was rewarded the Merit Order of the CDP organization. Mr. Peiqin Li liked to make some contribution for the China democratic cause while was spurring the democratic cause in China. Mr. Peiqin Li was conscientious to finish the job of CDP. Because he displayed outstandingly, he was appointed to be the director of the Fifth Branch of the First Branch Directly of CDP, the official level in CDP was seventh.

Mr. Peiqin Li attended the sitting quietly for petition which was organized by CDP in front of The White House, they requested Bush president to pay attention to the situation of the human right in China; Mr. Peiqin Li attended the protest of CDP on the front UN Plaza, they requested CCP government to protect the refugee of North Korea in China, and oppose North Korea to test nuclear; Mr. Peiqin Li attended the activities which was organized by CDP to express the political view on the "world Journal", to propagate the stand of CDP; Mr. Peiqin Li attended the mourning activities in front of China Embassy in Washington DC, which was organized by CDP to mourning the killed students in Tiananmen Square Beijing in 1989;Mr. Peiqin Li attended the activities which was organized by CDP to swear before the status of liberty.

Because Mr. Peiqin Li had attended the Democratic Marathon Protests of CDP more than ten times in the second season 2007, he was issued the Merit Order of the CDP Central Committee; ecause Mr. Peiqin Li had attended the Democratic Marathon Protests of CDP more than ten times in the third season 2007, he was issued the Merit Order of the CDP Central Committee; Because Mr. Peiqin Li had attended the Democratic Marathon Protests of CDP more than ten times in the fourth season 2007, he was issued the Merit Order of the CDP Central Committee.
