Today, when the promotion for reform takes its place in Chinese Communist one-party authoritarian system，it cannot be done without the active participation from people. Collective promotion of democracy acts as a part of the comprehensive reform, as we are democratizing China, Communist authorities must have this ideology. The general public appeals to cry for democracy everyday，however, Chinese authorities has tight control over public opinion and the media. And for all other opposing views and for rights preservers, Chinese authorities carry out brutal suppressions on them. As long as there is democracy in large-scale promotional activities and processions, the Chinese communists will begin to fear, and they will start the implementation of repression.
By this token, China for thousands of years of authoritarian rule and until the autocratic Communist China today, has to rely on the strength of the general public to promote，to reform. Similarly, in order to build China into a country of democracy, of freedom, and of wealth, we can only unite the broad multitude, and gather their strength to promote this reform.
