After many years of fascist dictatorship and political pressure, and mass political movements year after year, the Chinese people have lost the basic human rights and the most basic rights of survival by the end of the unprecedented Cultural Revolution. While during a long term, a political aspiration was suppressed but never really perished.
It has been deeply concealed in the hearts of the people. Once given an opportunity, this idea of requesting for human dignity, equality and fraternity, against privilege, fighting corruption and discrimination will be cried out by the Chinese people with the strongest desire. The "June 4th" movement is a good example. Although the Chinese people do not fully understand what sacrosanct rights they should enjoy,
I still believe, that democracy, freedom, equality and human rights will be implemented in a society ruled by law in the near future.
