Recently, as an author, I was informed from the friends of mine from the mainland about an incredible thing. In recent years, there are folks frequently hesitate not to leave their hometowns, adventure illegally to leave their country, and go oversea to start a new life because these folks had been living under high pressure under communist control. In order to curb this phenomenon, Chinese authority introduced a series of absurd regulations. And the government of County Jian acted as a leader, resorted to the two laws and regulations：first, whenever any citizen falls in the age calendar between 16 to 54 shall not apply for a passport; secondly, the sponsion law.

So what is this sponsion law? Its nature acts like the extermination of the whole clan during Chinese feudalism or the five black categories Chinese communist party had enlisted during its early stage, that is, every five families live on the same block should form an union, and make the sponsion for every other four families. Whenever there is one person in the five families leave the country illegally to other countries, all the members of the five families are to be subjected for punishment. Exterminating the whole clan, five black categorizations，and all others cases like that are still linked by consanguinity. However, these five families live on the same block have no any affiliation by blood. They are not connected，and if anyone commits a crime, the other four families will be incriminated unprovokedly. Therefore the five families united by sponsion is far worse than clan extermination or the five black categorizations. I have no idea where did it start from.
