Since Mr. Peng Wu joined CDP, he could be active to attend the Democratic Marathon Protests, the Democratic Infiltration Operation, the various political and social activities which was organized by CDP. Mr. Peng Wu did his job very well, he was a backbone member of the Democratic Infiltration Operation of CDP. Mr. Peng Wu attended the activities which was organized by CDP to support openly the political stands of CDP on the "world Journal", it had made some active function for extending the political influence of CDP.

Because Mr. Peng Wu was conscientious to finish his job of CDP, so he was appointed to be a member of the Democratic Infiltration Operation of CDP in Jan., 2009, the official level in CDP was ninth. because Mr. Peng Wu was issued the merit order of CDP three times total, so he was appointed to be a backbone member of the Democratic Infiltration Operation of CDP in Apr., 2009, the official level in CDP was eighth.
