1. On Mar. 12, 2007, Mr. Chao Zhang joined China Democracy Party.

2. Since Apr., 2007, Mr. Chao Zhang attended the Democratic Infiltration Operation of CDP many times. He was appointed a group member of the Democratic Infiltration Operation of CDP.

3. On May, 2007, Mr. Chao Zhang attended the activities which was organized by CDP to express the political view on the "world Journal", to propagate the democratic thought.

4. On May 29, 2007, Mr. Chao Zhang attended the mourning activities on the front of China Embassy in Washington DC, which was organized by CDP to mourn the killed students in Tiananmen Square Beijing in 1989.

5. On July 2007, because Mr. Chao Zhang had attended the Democratic Infiltration Operation of CDP more than ten times in the second season 2007, he was issued the Merit Order by CDP Organization.
