北韩是当今世界上最封闭和最专制的国家。成千上万的北韩人不愿意继续接受北韩共产党的统治，不愿意继续生活在令人绝望的北韩社会中，但他们没有能力改变北韩的政治环境和社会环境，因此冒险逃离北韩，而进入中国。

The North Korea is the closing and autocratic country in the world. Tens of thousands of North Korean don’t like to be dominated by the Communist Party of North Korea, they don’t like to live in the hopeless environment in North Korea, but they haven’t force to change the political environment and social environment in North Korea, so they are risk to flee out of North Korea, and flee to China.

中国民主党认为这些北韩人不是经济难民，而是政治难民，他们理应得到最基本的人道主义对待和救援。中国民主党主张中国应依托国际社会的支持，保护和救助北韩在中国的难民。

CDP think that those North Korean aren’t economic refugees, they are the political refugees, and they should be treated and rescued by the base humanitarianism’s way. CDP advocate that China should protect and rescue the North Korean refugees in China by the supporting of the international society.
