中国民主党主张结社自由和组党自由，并实行多党制。民众自由组党，从而实行多党制，是民众民主执政的政治形式。民众可以通过组党实现自己的政治要求。

China Democracy Party advocates the setting up social group freedom and the setting up party freedom, and carries out the system of the multi-parties. The common people free to set up parties, and then carry out the system of the multi-parties; this is the democratic form in power. The common people can realize their political requests by the setting up parties.

民众的最根本权利就是管理国家的权利。组党的目的就是管理国家。执政是管理，监督也是管理。只有组党才能有效的执政，也才能有效的监督。

The most base right of the common people is that they have right to manage country. The purpose of the setting up parties is that they manage country. The party in power is managing, and the supervising is managing also. The setting up parties can be effective only to be in power, and can be effective only to supervise.

多党并存，将使执政和监督并存。民众可以在自己的政党的帮助下，通过适当的政治形式，解决他们所遇到的社会矛盾和政治冲突，从而保障社会的稳定。

More parties existing together, the being in power and supervising will be existing together. The common people can be assisted by their parties to resolve the social contradiction and the political conflict by the proper political form, and then to guard the social stabilizing.
