中国民主党坚定的认为，以游行、示威、请愿、罢工、罢市和罢课等方式，集体对政府和政党提出要求和表达不满，是公民的的基本权利，是人类的天赋人权。该权利的充分行使和保障，将随时减弱中国社会的各种积怨，使中国能出现一个超稳定的政治和社会状态，使社会能长期健康和稳定的进步与发展。

China Democracy Party firmly believe that people shall have the rights to propose political demands or express dissatisfaction with the government or political party, through processions, demonstrations, petitions, strike, etc. Itós a fundamental right of citizen, and a natural right of human being. Securing the rights of protests may reduce social grievances and bring China a super balanced political and social status, which allow Chinese society to take a continuous, healthy and stable progress.

任何组织或个人只需要依法律规定，提前通知政府执法部门，但不需要政府执法部门批准，就可以举行各种形式的抗议活动。

An organization shall have the right to hold protest activities without approval by law enforcement, as long as the law enforcement is informed with the protest's schedule in advance according to the law.

中国公民有权选择在中国境内的任何公共区域举行抗议活动，政府无权改变公民举行抗议活动的地点和区域。

Chinese citizens have the right to choose the venue of protest activities in any public region of China. The Government shall not have the rights to change the venue of citizens' protest activities.

任何以和平方式举行的抗议活动，不论其诉求多么荒唐、多么不合理，政府必须认真对待，政府执法部门有责任协助抗议者维持现场秩序，但无权限制和阻止该抗议活动。任何以暴力方式举行的抗议活动，不论其诉求多么正当、多么合理，政府必须坚决予以制止和镇压。

Government shall seriously handle each and every peaceful protests, no matter how absurd or unreasonable the demands are. The Government's law enforcement shall be responsible to help maintain the order during protesters, but shall not have the rights to stop or constrain the protests. However, any protest that involves violence, no matter how legitimate or reasonable their demands are, shall be stopped and repressed by the government.
