中共内部的右派，也称改革派，已经成为中共内部的主要力量。他们实行的是专制社会党政策。由于这股政治势力长期坚持走改良主义路线，一旦他们成为真正的社会党，中国的民众会接受和认可他们。中国民间的政治力量也必然倔起一个大的政党，与中共演变而成的社会党相抗衡。

The right side faction in CCP, who was called the reforming faction also, has become the important force in CCP. They are carrying the policy of the Autocratic Social Party. Because this political force is going the way of reformism long term, once they will be real to become the Social Party, the common people in China will recognized them. The political force must rise abruptly to be a big party, it will contend with the Social Party which was evolved from CCP as an equal.

中国的党禁政策被冲破后，可能会出现成千上万个小党。但是中国社会的右派和中间偏右的政治力量，为了保障他们的利益，必然会将他们人力、物力和财力向右派政党集中。中国社会的左派和中间偏左的政治力量，为了保障他们的利益，必然会将他们人力、物力和财力向左派政党集中。

After the policy of the banned party in China will be broken, tens of thousands small parties will be set up in China. But the right side force and the right-middle side force in China society want to protect their interest; they must concentrate their human resources, material resources and financial resources to the party in the right side. The left side force and the left-middle side force in China society want to protect their interest; they must concentrate their human resources, material resources and financial resources to the party in the left side.

极左政党、极右政党和走中间路线的政党，会逐渐被民众用选票淘汰。如果在政府和议会选举过程中，实行淘汰小党和扶持大党的政策。中国最终会走上两党轮替的道路。

The extreme left party, the extreme right party and in middle side party will be eliminated by the voting of the common people. If the policy that the small parties should be eliminated and the big party should be supported will be carry when the government and congress were selecting. The way of the two parties in turn will be gone in China.

中国民主党呼吁全体中国人民，包括中共内部的改革势力，都能积极行动起来，努力促使中国早日走上两党轮替的道路。

CDP appeal that all Chinese, including the reforming force in CCP, can go into action, and try to promote that the way of the two parties in turn will be gone in China early.
