Now, the democratic countries in the world are universal to carry out the democratic system. The three big organizations of the administration, judicature and legislature are equal and balance each other, it prevent that the power was concentrated and abused.

中国只有实行三权分立的民主政治制度，才能保障公民的自由，限制政府的权力，避免腐败的产生。

The democratic and political system that the three powers was separated was carried out only, the civil freedom will be guaranteed, the governmental power will be restricted, the rotten situation will be avoided.
